Background
This very project was an example of cooperation between the customer and the company-provider when offshore development center delivery model proved its effectiveness. English known IT Company had own programming resources, however, outsourced part of work to Infotak. After successful initial small projects the customer came up with a proposal to have a separate dedicated team at Infotak. The customer was sure he could rely on our partnership and professionalism of our specialists.
The Approach
The customer has established a new team onsite with one Project Manager, 8 developers, 4 QA Engineers. This ODC developed a special processes scheme for careful change tracking for the elaborated document processing system that allowed providing high quality. The team-work of two development centers resulted in effective programming process and final solution launch.
The Result
All processes at our side were carefully adapted with regard to the customer’s ones, including such important elements as change tracking, bug tracking, reporting and other collaboration processes.
