Background

Our customer is in the area of software publishing. Their old and already outmoded Customer relationship management (CRM) system needed total replacement, and so a completely new application was developed.

The Approach

Infotak’s approach was in elaborating the multi-user support “client/server” technology-based system. One of the conditions was in system’s integration ability with software products used by the customer. Another key element of this application was “everything is connected” principle implementation which allows system users creating links between different pieces of information and its further co-usage by simultaneously running users. In addition to the standard functional elements of CRM this system included planning and tracking features (a calendar option) and Outlook/MS Office integration possibility.

The Results

Good-looking and intuitive graphic user interface permitted simple and effective work for sales personnel engaged in customer relationship management process.
